The Diversity Trust: The Diversity Trust was founded in 2012 in the UK. Its goal is to drive social change and create a fairer, safer society. The organisation conducts auditing, consultancy, research, training, and strategic projects. It works across the corporate, public, private, voluntary, community, and social enterprise sectors, both in the UK and internationally. As a specialist in equality, diversity, equity, and inclusion, The Diversity Trust promotes these values throughout society.
Crime & Government
CrimeStoppers: This independent charity lets people report crime 100% anonymously. They can do this by phone or online, 24/7, all year round. The charity also provides advice on how to protect loved ones from crime. Their goal is to create a country where everyone feels safe in their homes.
SELMA (Social and Emotional Learning for Mutual Awareness) is a two-year project co-funded by the European Commission. It aims to combat online hate speech and promote mutual awareness, tolerance, and respect.
VOCAS – Victims of Crime Advocacy Service: VOCAS is a free, independent, and confidential advocacy service. It supports adult victims of crime and antisocial behavior in Somerset, Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset.
Centre for Countering Digital Hate: Mission to protect online human rights and civil liberties.
Lighthouse Victim and Witness Care: Lighthouse provides an enhanced service for vulnerable, intimidated, or persistently targeted victims of crime and antisocial behavior. It also supports victims of serious crime.
Victim Support: This service offers specialised help to support people in coping and moving forward. The goal is to help them feel back on track with their lives.
The Crown Prosecution Service: The CPS prosecutes criminal cases investigated by the police and other organisations in England and Wales. It operates independently and makes decisions separate from the police and government.
Race
TellMama: Measuring Anti-Muslim Attacks (MAMA) is a secure platform for reporting incidents of anti-Muslim abuse across England. Our unique portal lets individuals voice concerns and document experiences of discrimination or hostility related to their Muslim faith or how others perceive them.
Muslim Women’s Network UK: The goal is to achieve equality and justice for Muslim women and girls through support, research, education, and advocacy.
Muslim Youth helpline: Our services focus on young people. Most of our helpline volunteers are 30 years old or younger. We provide support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
CST: The Community Security Trust (CST) is a charity that protects British Jews from antisemitism, hate crimes, and related threats.
Concerned citizens established the Campaign Against Racism Group CARG (Covid-19 Anti-Racism Group): This initiative was created in April 2020 to address the rise in racism and hate crimes against Chinese, East, and Southeast Asian people in the UK. It also targets issues affecting international students due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Glitch: This award-winning UK charity aims to end online abuse and promote digital citizenship. We primarily focus on black women and marginalised individuals. Our efforts include training, research, workshops, and community building to create a safer online world for everyone.
Chinese Community Wellbeing Society: The Chinese Community Wellbeing Society supports the health and social care needs of the Chinese-speaking community in South West England.
SARI: Stand Against Racism and Inequality (SARI) offers free and confidential support to hate crime victims across Avon and Somerset. This includes support for incidents based on race, faith, disability, sexual orientation, transgender identity, age, or sex.
SGAP (South Gloucestershire Asian Project): This is a private Facebook group for SGAP that supports the Asian community in South Gloucestershire.
South Glos Racial Equality Network: The South Glos Racial Equality Network champions the needs of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities in South Gloucestershire.

Brandon Trust: Brandon Trust works with people of different abilities to help them create opportunities and feel empowered to live their desired lives.
The National Autistic Society: The National Autistic Society aims to transform lives and change attitudes to create a society that works for autistic people.

Bristol Hate Crime & Discrimination Service: Bristol Hate Crime & Discrimination Services is a partnership of six organisations: Stand Against Racism & Inequality, Brandon Trust, Bristol Mind, Off The Record, Bristol Law Centre, and Resolve, West.
LGBTQ
Stonewall: Stonewall supports lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning, and ace (LGBTQ+) people everywhere.
LGBTQ Foundation: This national charity places LGBTQ+ health and wellbeing at the center of its work. We celebrate and empower LGBTQ+ individuals and diverse communities to reach their full potential every day.
EACH: EACH provides services that inspire equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans individuals.
Brigstowe: Brigstowe envisions a world where people living with HIV and other long-term health conditions, as well as those with protected characteristics, lead long and healthy lives, free from poverty, stigma, prejudice, and discrimination.
CrossRoads: Established around 1989 in a private house in Bristol, the group has met every fourth Saturday of the month since its inception. It provides a social and safe environment for the transgender community.
Older People
Over 50s Forum: The Forum was formed in 1993 to give people over 50 a voice. We hold local meetings in Yate, Kingswood, Thornbury, Patchway, and Emerson’s Green.
