Accessible Transport 4 U

As of 1st April 2023, Accessible Transport 4 U has set up ATAS-Accessible Transport Advice Service. ATAS is a comprehensive resource where you can find information about organisations that offer assistance in various areas and counties. Buses

Feedback about bus services

Any feedback relating to a commercially run bus service should be reported directly to the bus operator. Details of bus services across the area and the operator responsible for running them can be found at Travelwest.info/bus/service-feedback-lost-property

If bus users do not get a satisfactory response after contacting bus operators, or if they continue to have issues with a commercially run bus service, they have the option to contact the Traffic Commissioner. The Traffic Commissioner is the industry regulator, with the potential to impose penalties on operators.

The Traffic Commissioner can be contacted in three ways:

  • Tel: 0300 123 9000
  • Email: enquires@otc.gsi.gov.uk
  • Write to: Western Area, Jubilee House, Croydon Street, Bristol, BS5 0GB.

If the feedback concerns a service receiving financial support from the council, this can be reported via email to publictransport@southglos.gov.uk

Feedback about bus stops or bus information

Feedback or requests concerning bus stops or bus information in the South Gloucestershire area can be raised via publictransport@southglos.gov.uk
