Do you need a device to access the app?
Did you know that you may be eligible for a free digital device from Bristol’s Community Learning team? Bristol City Council is working to distribute refurbished laptops and digital devices to Bristol residents who would benefit from better digital access.
They’ll give laptops to people such as:
- Unemployed parents or carers of 2-year-olds who are eligible for 15 hours free childcare
- Unemployed people, or people in insecure employment, aged 19 and over, with few or no qualifications
- Young people between the ages of 16 and 18, and up to the age of 25 if they have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
Do you need help getting started, downloading the app and registering?

Repeat prescriptions
