Stockwood STAR – Bereavement Peer Support Group Our Peer Support Group ‘STAR’ provides free support for people grieving from a bereavement or difficult transition in their life. The aim of the support group is to create a safe space for people to receive support, listen to and share stories & experiences with others who have experienced loss in their life. We run friendly peer support sessions on the first Tuesday of each month (1-3pm) and the third Wednesday of each month (6-8pm). Anybody interested in attending is invited to have a really informal chat over a nice cuppa and given a welcome pack before attending the group – an opportunity to ask any questions. The group is open to anybody over the age of 18 years. Venue: Stockwood Free Church, Ladman Road, Stockwood, Bristol BS14 9QH.
