The Covid-19 pandemic has affected almost every aspect of life for most of us over the past year.
Now more than ever, the views and feedback of local residents in receipt of care is a priority for South Gloucestershire council. Every year the council conduct a survey to identify feedback from local residents in receipt of care that helps shape services in the future.
In partnership with the council, The Care Forum have ordinarily run these surveys as paper based in the past. However, Covid restrictions stopped that, so an innovative approach to ensure people’s views are still heard was vital.
As a result, we are pleased to announce that the survey will be offered online this year. However, there will still be a phone based option for those that don’t have access to digital technology so that everyone has a chance to take part.
Starting this week, all local residents in receipt of care will be given the opportunity to complete the survey to feedback on their experiences over the past year, particularly in the face of the pandemic and how this may or may not have affected the services they receive.
If you require any further information about the survey please email nisba.ahmed@southglos.gov.uk or info@wellaware.org.uk
The Survey will be available from 31st May 2021 to Monday 19th July 2021. The link to the survey is: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/69R292X
